Villa Alula is a beautifully presented 4 bedroom villa with private pool located in the Parque del Rey area of Playa Blanca only a short walk from the centre of Playa Blanca and the local beaches.

Car hire is not essential for Playa Blanca but recommended for the rest of the island.

A fantastically presented 4 bedroom executive villa with the advantage of being only a short walk to the centre of Playa Blanca and its wonderful beaches.

The villa is only 4 years old and is modern in design and decoration with wonderful attention to detail taken by the owners.

The master bedroom is light and airy with the most fantastic of ensuite bathrooms with a large Jacuzzi bath and shower.

The second bedroom has a comfortable large double bed and there are 2 other lovely bedrooms with twin beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect with a villa of this quality and leads into a breakfast room with comfortable seating.

The lounge area is perfectly appointed and comfy with leather suite and quality furnishings with patio doors out into the covered alfresco dining area with large dining table and chairs and outside fridge for those cool beers on a hot afternoon!

The fantastic private outside area contains a great heated pool and loungers to soak up the afternoon sun!

Also from the patio area you can enjoy great views of the surrounding area including sea and mountains in the distance.

There is also a large gas bbq for those who enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that this villa is great at delivering.
