Villa Somoha is a luxury detached villa situated in the private small development of La Goleta, Faro Park.

The villa is approximately a 5 minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca and a 5 minute walk to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the sea of which you can see from the villa and has fantastic views of the nearby Montana Roca.

The villa has been tiled throughout in marble which helps to create a cool light airy feeling and has been fitted out tastefully with all your home comforts.

There are two good sized bedrooms with the master having a luxury marble ensuite bathroom. There is also a second marbled shower room.

The spacious comfortable lounge leads into a well fitted beautiful kitchen via an attractive open archway.

The kitchen leads out onto an alfresco covered dining area where you can enjoy your meals on a solid marble table top with seating for 8 people.

There is a Solana store area just off the kitchen with washing machine, ironing board and clothes drier.

The outside area comprises of course a luxury 8 x 4 metre heated swimming pool and large patio area with sun loungers provided, a small outside dining tale and 4 chairs sit under an outside pergola and there is also a bbq for your use and a well maintained garden full of palms, cactus and aloe vera.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds, based on  2 people sharing. Please add £50 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 5 people. Children under 5 go free.

We require a 50 % deposit to secure your dates. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
