This Villa is formally the show house on a small private development and is the perfect base for enjoying the delights that Playa Blanca and Lanzarote have to offer.

This fantastic holiday accommodation is spread over one level and comprises three double bedrooms (two being en-suite), there are two bedrooms containing king size double beds and the third bedroom has twin beds, two of the bedrooms have patio doors leading onto the patio/pool area. There is also a large separate family bathroom.
The hallway leads you into a large living/dining room with seating for 6 people on its beige leather sofas and also a dining table with 6 chairs. For your entertainment the villa comes with satellite television and DVD player and also a CD hi-fi system, there are also various board games to enjoy.
There is a very modern large well stocked kitchen and large store/washroom.
Patio doors off the kitchen and living room lead you onto the very large terrace area containing the wonderful electrically heated swimming pool, there are six loungers provided for you to relax and soak up the rays in this totally private sun trap. There is also an outside dining table for those alfresco opportunities where you can enjoy a BBQ and take in the beautiful views of the distant mountains. The garden area is well stocked with various local plants and flowers.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds, based on 4 people sharing. Please add £55 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 6 people. Children under 5 go free.
