Villa Bella Vista is a luxury detached villa situated in the private small development of La Goleta, Faro Park.
The villa is approximately a 5 minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca and a 10 minute walk to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the sea of which you can see from the villa and has fantastic views of the nearby Montana Roca.

The villa is situated in a wonderful position within the very private and quiet development of La Goleta with fantastic views to the sea and Fuertaventura and also of nearby Montana Roca. It would be hard to find accommodation of this quality on the whole of the island for the price this villa rents out at throughout the year.
The villa has a master bedroom with a wrought iron double bed and luxury en suite bathroom, there is also a patio door leading you onto the terrace area with its very short 10 metre walk to the lovely maintained communal pool.
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you would expect of a top quality rental villa.
There is also a laundry/store room off the kitchen with washing machine, iron and ironing board if needed.
The kitchen leads onto a covered private alfresco dining area with seating up to eight people.
The very comfortable airy lounge with its cool high vaulted ceiling has a large luxurious corner sofa and bespoke quality wooden Spanish furniture.
For your entertainment there is a TV and DVD player with a choice of films provided, games and books.
